Automatically discover every DNS record managed by Akamai Edge DNS and import them into the Praetorian Guard platform — giving your security team full visibility into your Akamai-hosted attack surface.

What It Does

Connect your Akamai Edge DNS account to continuously sync DNS zones and records into your asset inventory. The integration enumerates all zones, then discovers A, AAAA, and CNAME records across each zone, importing them as trackable assets in the Praetorian Guard platform.

How to Get Started

1. Navigate to Integrations and select Akamai DNS

2. Enter your Akamai API host (e.g., akab-xxxxx.luna.akamaiapis.net)

3. Provide your EdgeGrid credentials: client token, client secret, and access token

4. Save — DNS records from all zones appear as assets in your inventory
